These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AcquityData platform operated by AcquityData(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using AcquityData, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform. AcquityData may modify this agreement at any time without notice, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
AcquityData is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing structured company intelligence, transaction data, private market insights, and analytical research tools.
The platform provides informational and research content only.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating information before making any business or investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this platform.
To access certain features, users must create an account, either with an email address and password, or by using "Sign in with Google." The same obligations below apply regardless of how your account was created.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New users who sign up using "Sign in with Google" receive a free preview of the Service, valid for a limited time and requiring no payment. At the end of the preview period, continued access to the Service requires an active paid subscription.
The free preview is limited to one per person/organization. We use technical measures, including IP address and device-based checks, to detect and prevent attempts to obtain multiple free previews (for example, by creating multiple accounts). We reserve the right to deny, limit, or revoke free preview access we reasonably determine to be abusive, without notice.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription pricing and billing frequency are displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed securely through an authorized third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record.
We do not directly store full payment card information.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
As the services provided are digital and begin immediately upon activation, users acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights may be waived where permitted by law.
You agree not to:
Unauthorized resale or redistribution of data is strictly prohibited.
All content, databases, designs, software, and materials available on AcquityData are owned by or licensed to the Company.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Information provided on AcquityData is compiled from publicly available sources and proprietary research methodologies.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data.
The Company shall not be responsible for any decisions made based on the platform's content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under those laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
