BioTim leads our investment activities in the Business Services sector and is a member of the Financial Services team and our investment committee. He's a director of GNS. Before joining Phoenix in 2004, he spent four years at Monitor Clipper Partners, a mid-market private equity investor. Before MCP, Tim worked as a strategy consultant, first with The Kalchas Group and then at Monitor.
